To make registration simple the Lee County Partnership for Children has 3 easy ways for you to sign your child up:

1. Print out the Imagination Library registration form and either mail it to Lee County Partnership for Children, 143 Chatham St. Sanford, NC 27330 or bring it by our office during business hours Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. (The registration form is in PDF format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to be opened.)

3. Stop by one of the following places to pick-up a registration brochure and mail it or bring it by our office.
   1. Coalition for Families in Lee County
   2. Lee County Libraries (Sanford, Broadway and Jonesboro)
   3. Sanford Area Chamber of Commerc
